Very quiet holiday apartment on the 1st floor, 73 square metres with a partially sloping ceiling and a beautiful balcony with evening sun. The spacious apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom with window, shower and bathtub, hairdryer, and a large living room with extended kitchen, dining and living room and new vinyl flooring, completely redesigned in 2024 with a dormer window.
All rooms are accessible via the spacious hallway. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.8 m x 2 m) and has an external roller blind for complete blackout, as well as a fly screen. New vinyl flooring was also laid here in early 2025. There is now also a second television (no antenna connection) with a Blu-ray player (many DVDs available) and connection options for a TV stick in the bedroom. The living room offers another sleeping space with an easy-to-fold-out sofa bed. This offers a lying surface of 1.5 x 2 m and ensures a restful night's sleep thanks to a slatted frame and mattress. Mosquito nets also ensure undisturbed sleep here. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a fridge-freezer. In addition to the kitchen, the large living area offers dining space for 6 people and two comfortable sofas with a view of the HD television. Free WiFi and streaming-enabled internet are available throughout the house. The apartment has a cordless telephone for free domestic calls. A high chair and cot/folding bed are available for small children. Freshly made beds and towels await our guests. Please note that dogs and other pets are not allowed in the apartment, and smoking is not permitted.
