Very quietly located apartment on the 1st floor, 73 sqm with light attic and beautiful balcony with evening sun. The spacious apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom with window, shower and bathtub, hairdryer, as well as 2024 by a dormer completely redesigned, large living room with extended kitchen, dining and living room and new vinyl floor.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 1.8 m x 2 m double bed and has an external roller blind for complete blackout. A new vinyl floor was also laid here at the beginning of 2025. There is now also a second TV in the bedroom (no aerial connection) with Blu-ray player (many DVDs available) and connection options for a TV stick. The living room offers an additional sleeping area with a single fold-out sofa bed. This has a sleeping area of 1.5 x 2 m and a slatted frame and mattress for a restful night's sleep. All rooms can be reached via the spacious hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a fridge-freezer. The large living area offers a dining area for 4 people next to the kitchen, as well as two comfortable sofas with a view of the HD TV, free WiFi and streaming-enabled Internet. High chair and cot/folding bed to set up in the flat. Mosquito screens in the living room and bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided and a cordless telephone for free national calls is available to our guests. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not permitted in the flats.
