The "Homberg Stuben" holiday flat fascinates with its lovingly designed, brand-new and custom-made furnishings in an Austrian alpine style. Only original old wood from Austria has been used here - a great reason for you to feel completely at ease! It welcomes you with modern comfort, for a nice time-out with your family or friends. The holiday flat offers plenty of space and is furnished with great attention to detail and is family-friendly. Our 100 m2 holiday flat fascinates with its lovingly designed, brand-new and custom-made furnishings in an Austrian alpine style. In the large living and dining area you will find a cosy sofa, next to which there is a welcoming dining area with a large table and plenty of space for cosy evenings in large groups. A flat-screen TV and a desk corner round off the interior of the living room. A large doorway leads you directly to the kitchen, which is open-plan and equipped with modern electrical devices and a small counter, where you can cook and laugh together. A special highlight is the small double bedroom: it is right next to the kitchen with a window to the large loggia. In summer, the loggia is equipped with a generous seating area, two sunbeds, a sunblind and a charcoal grill. The spacious bathroom has a shower, bathtub, toilet and a large washstand. In the 4-bed room there is both a bunk bed and a double bed - ideal as a children's room or for a family of 4. Directly opposite there is the third bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, with plenty of storage space for your luggage. Info: No pets allowed Non-smoking

Conditions/extras

Upon arrival we charge a deposit of 200EUR cash, which will be refunded after departure, as well as the applicable visitor's tax. If bed linen and towels are required, we charge a EUR17 fee per guest.

Arrival description

Our holiday flat "Homberg-Stuben" is centrally located in the middle of Winterberg in Günninghauser Straße 4 - you can reach the shopping mile Am Waltenberg within a 2 minute walk. In the immediate neighbourhood you find numerous restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and a variety of different clothing shops. It is only a step away from the train station and the central bus stops. And still you can enjoy peace and quiet: the Günninghauser Straße is a dead-end street, close to the edge of a forest and the starting points of numerous hiking trails. In summer you can benefit from the proximity to the lift entrance to the bike park nearby, in winter you can go up to the skiing area from there.
