Wonderfully relaxed or active outdoors! Eventful days,  beautiful silence and untouched nature - all this awaits you at Landhaus Florian in Winterberg-Züschen, the state-approved health resort. Your everyday life moves into distance when you let your eyes wander around the green landscape towards the "Ziegenhelle", one of the 800 m peaks in Winterberg. At our breakfast buffet you can enjoy regional delicacies such as Westphalian ham and homemade sausage as well as freshly made scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, cottage loaf and homemade honey - the perfect start for an adventurous day in fresh mountain air. Experience the hiking trails "Winterberger Hochtour" or "Rothaarsteig", take kite flying lessons or go on a bike tour alongside old railway lines to the lake "Edersee". The local history museum  "Borg's Scheune"  invites you to get to know the area and the people who live here. During the winter months you can ski on wide slopes or take a ride on the snowtubing slope in the ski area "Snow World Züschen". Many more tourist attractions, hiking and bike trails are within reach. And for those who just want to relax: sure you can! Lean back in our sunny conservatory, at the open fireplace or on the sunbathing lawn. You can also have relaxing wellness treatments in our house. Our guests live in two bright and modernly studios, each equipped with a small kitchen and many other amenities. Furthermore we offer five double and one single room. The view from the terrace or balcony is equally beautiful from all accommodation units.

Arrival description

Achtung! Bitte nehmen Sie in Züschen an der Kirche unbedingt die breite, leicht aufwärts führende Straße (Dechant Dobbener Straße) und biegen dann nach ca. 300 m links ab (Am Roten Kreuz). Manche Navis schlagen dummerweise eine zwar etwas kürzere, aber besonders im Winter kaum befahrbare Route über einen steilen, schmalen Fußweg vor. Aus Richtung Norden: Paderborn A33, AS Wünnenberg Haaren, Brilon, Olsberg, Winterberg, Züschen Aus Richtung Westen: Olpe, Lennestadt, Schmallenberg, Winterberg, Züschen Aus Richtung Süden: Marburg, Wetter, Münchhausen, Allendorf/Eder, Hallenberg, Züschen Aus Richtung Osten: Kassel, Korbach, Medebach, Winterberg, Züschen Wenn Sie in Züschen angekommen sind, fahren Sie in der Ortsmitte Richtung Berleburg, biegen dann hinter der Kirche rechts ab in die Dechant-Dobbener-Straße. Nach ca 300 m biegen Sie bitte links ab (Am Roten Kreuz), nach weiteren 200 m sind Sie da!
