The Walserhuus offers space for up to 6 people, in three bedrooms, all with their own small bathroom. The living space is spread over three floors. The Walserhuus is set back and is located above the Luzihuus.
On the ground floor is the room with soapstone stove. It has a separate entrance with an entrance hall, cloakroom, and bathroom with WC and stone shower.
The first floor, the main entrance of the house, is reached via an outside stone staircase. Directly next to the entrance door is a small arbour with bench in front of the house. Upon entering the house, you immediately stand in the open kitchen with a large dining table. The crackling wood and the flickering light of the fire add to the unique romance. Next to it, you enter an extremely neat old Walser parlour with soapstone stove, cosy corner bench with large antique table. A sofa invites you to linger. The typical small parlour windows offer a view far out into the valley.
A steep - really steep - narrow staircase leads up to the sleeping area. Two charming, different rooms make the choice difficult.
The stone room fascinates with the antique beautiful bed. During the restoration, it was lengthened by 30 cm, for her comfort. So today the bed takes up almost the entire room. Thanks to the open gable, the room gains height. The built-in bathroom with shower and toilet provides comfort.
The second room is somewhat larger, exclusively in old wood and also with an open gable. It also has a small, functional bathroom with shower and WC. An old wooden table and other living accessories complete the cosy room. A small window offers a view of the apple orchard below.
Behind the house is a seating and sunbathing area. Suitable for an aperitif or barbecue.
For shared use, there is a hot tub with whirlpool function between the two houses and a fountain in front of the Luzihuus.
