- one room with king size bed, one wardrobe and one chest of drawers and with adjustable queen size sofa-bed and L-shape LCD-TV with satellite connection
- Separate dining area with solid beechwood dining table, 4 designer chairs, kitchen with extractor hood, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and electric kettle; crockery, glasses and cutlery are available
- Bathroom which has got black granite floor and white wall tiles, heated floor, shower, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, mirror cabinet with chest
- Washing machine
- Separate toilet / restroom

For reservation of one night we will add 25 € for final cleaning.
Arrival and departure by arrangement.
It is possible for up to 8 people to rent out both apartments, which can be connected with two intermediate doors.
