On the ground floor (fully fitted with Solnhofen limestone and underfloor heating), you'll also find the new kitchen equipped with an oven and ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, Tassimo capsule machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, electric hand mixer, immersion blender, stand mixer, and much more.

You can enjoy your meals at the rustic dining table with bench and chairs.

The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet as well as a washing machine and dryer (free of charge).
