Our Apartment “Lärche“ comprises 74 m² with 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. The cozy open plan kitchen and living room has a wood burner, pull-out sofa, Smart-TV and access to your own private terrace with a view of the mountains.
The fully fitted kitchen has every amenity guests may need. The spacious bathroom has a wetroom shower, full bath and heated towel rail. There is a separate toilet.
Additionally the bathroom boasts a washer/dryer for all your laundry needs.
The apartments are lovingly designed combining modern luxury with a traditional Austrian Alpine flair. This apartment is fully wheelchair accessible.
In the summer months guests can also enjoy the use of our barbecue area in the garden. Wifi and on site parking is free of charge, as is use of the storage/ boot room for skis etc.

Departure before 10:00 am

Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.

The keys are handed over contactless via a key safe.

Pets are allowed on request. (EUR 10 per day and EUR 25 additional cleaning fee).

A baby crib can be provided on request for a one-time fee of EUR 15.

There is a spiral staircase leading up to a mezzanine level which sleeps an additional 3 people and has ist own smartTV.
The fully fitted kitchen has every amenity guests may need.
