Our modernly furnished apartment is idyllically and quietly located in the middle of meadows and forests in the Fambach district of Nüßleshof. In the living room you will find a comfortable corner couch and armchairs as well as satellite TV and radio. The adjoining balcony with a view of a small lake invites you to linger, balcony furniture is of course available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and electric stove as well as coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. In the bathroom you will find a toilet, washbasin, shower cubicle and towel dryer as well as a hairdryer. The apartment can be heated and can therefore also be used in the cold season. At the lake, which is only a few metres away, you can use a Kneipp pool and various fitness equipment or relax on the sunbathing lawn. There are several bathing lakes and swimming and outdoor pools in the vicinity.
