The dining table comfortably seats up to 11 people, child seat is available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric coffee machine (Nespresso and Dolce Gusto), starter set capsules for Nespresso coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue set (cheese and meat), sugar, spices, vinegar and oil.
On the Southeast facing balcony (20m2) you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or relax in the garden (60m2, fenced).
On the West facing garden seating area you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. BBQ, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs (4) available.
On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom with bed 180x200cm and 1 bathroom with shower/WC.

2 spacious double bedrooms with bed 180x200cm. 1 smaller double bedroom with 1 bed 180x200cm. Additional bed 90x200cm or child´s bed 70x140cm available on request for an extra fee. 1 Bathroom with Bath/WC.
