The large, wrap-around balcony facing south and west offers an unobstructed view of the Kaisergebirge mountains. The spacious 2-room family apartment Unterberg on the 1st floor, has a size of about 47 m². At the cozy dining area in the living room you can enjoy the self-prepared meals. The kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher and microwave. Allergy-friendly, high-quality real wood parquet flooring has been laid throughout the apartment. In the living room the sofa can be folded out and offers space for an adult or 2 children. Bed linen and towels are sufficiently available and will be changed according to your wishes. For the television evening you have a DVD player as well as a television set in the living room and bedroom. The CD radio system completes the equipment. In our bathrooms you will not get cold feet! This is ensured by the underfloor heating, which is heated all year round.

The bathroom was completely renovated in May 2022 and now offers you even more feel-good comfort.

Since June 1, 2022 our Bergwinkl guests have the possibility to charge their electric vehicles directly at our house (for a fee). Exclusively for our Bergwinkl guests there are now 2 car e-charging points and a total of 9 charging points for e-bikes available.
