Wir vermieten die Ferienwohnung schon sehr
lange mit Freude und Begeisterung. Wir haben dabei eine eigene Philosophie. Die
Wohnung wird so gestaltet und eingerichtet, als wenn sie selber
darin Urlaub machen würden. Anregungen zur Verbesserung werden gerne
aufgenommen. Sie passen daher die Wohnung ständig den Bedürfnissen der
Gäste an. Das Echo und Bewertungen der Gäste sowie die Auszeichnungen und der
Erfolg geben ihnen Recht. Wir sind Mitglieder des Verbandes der
oberösterreichischen Privatvermieter. Nach der letzten Überprüfung durch
den Landesverband der Privatvermieter am 16. April 2021 wurde die Wohnung mit vier Edelweiß ausgezeichnet.

Holiday home Neuhuber
Our very spacious holiday apartment (approx. 80 square metres) is just 3 km from the centre of Bad Goisern. It consists of a fully-equipped kitchen/living room, one double room, a triple-bedded room, entrance hall and separate bathroom and WC. There is a satellite television (high definition) and a furnished balcony. Table and bed linen, hand and bath towels and electricity are all included in the price. The kitchen/living room has a corner dining area as well as a cosy relaxation area. Own safe. Private car parking is available by the guest house and is free of charge. For visitors with babies and young children there is a cot, high chair, changing mat and baby bath. There are restaurants and shops 1 – 3 km from the apartment, and Lake Hallstatt is just 1.5 km away. Our beautiful region is included on the exclusive list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and is much-loved by visitors from all over the world.
